The Company is governed by five directors who each serve a three-year term, with elections staggered so that no more than two directors are elected in any given year. Cumulative voting is used during elections (shares × number of directors being elected). Any stockholder may run for a director seat when their district is up for election.

Water is the lifeblood of Twin Falls County—a priceless resource that must be safeguarded and used wisely. Our Company was founded with a single goal: to deliver irrigation water reliably, efficiently, and equitably to the land and its Waterusers.

Mission Statement:
Delivering available irrigation water through a well-maintained canal system on an equitable and continuous basis, while preserving return flow water quality to the Snake River.
